Pre-supply validation
Before any product enters your supply chain, we confirm current compliance certificates, warranty terms, and manufacturer standing. Products that can't be verified don't get quoted.

Supply-chain documentation
Throughout procurement and delivery, we maintain documented supply records — product batch numbers, delivery records, and manufacturer certificates tied to your specific project.

Handover pack compilation
At practical completion, we compile the full documentation pack: warranty certificates, compliance certificates, product data sheets, and maintenance guides — ready for the client handover.

DLP warranty support
Through the defects liability period, we remain your warranty contact. If a product fails or a warranty claim arises, we manage the manufacturer resolution directly — taking it off your plate.
